Research Your Pain

After all, pain is data: your body & mind are trying to communicate with you. 

And that's not a message that should be ignored. Communication is triaged and pain is priority #1 (red)


But not all pain is bad. That priority is a signal -  "investigate now!" - rather than a diagnosis. 

That's an "solution-first" approach. Suspend judgement, investigate & gather data. Observe, orient, decide, act.

And this doesn't just help you learn about yourself - you'll heal. Greater understanding yields better treatment. 

Training yourself to listen to, learn from, and research your body will change the way you train (and act).
